Dries to a firm, rubber-like solid. During a fire, product expands to maintain a tight seal against smoke and flame for 4 hr. Typical applications Metallic pipe, cable, nonmetallic pipe, insulated pipe, cable, cable tray, busway, and HVAC duct penetrations. Tested in accordance to ASTM E814 UL1479 , ASTM E84 UL723 .
