Cable attachment hardware is also stainless for true longevity. The brand new pad compound uses a cartridge pad holder, and at 331g for a pair the Pro is lighter than the standard Gossamer brakeset. The ratcheting quick release lever makes wheel changes rapid, and spring tension is easily tailored. The Gossamer's unique, cold forged I-beam construction is wider and stronger than ever, finished in silky black anodising and defined with hard-wearing laser-etched graphics.
