Natural Soy Products Asphalt Remover Agent , Concentrated, One Gallon Natural Soy Products Asphalt Release Agent Concentrate.is a highly advanced bio-based solution specifically designed and created to keep asphalt from adhering to a wide variety of surfaces without damaging the surface. Dilute with water, 1 gallon to 30 gallons of water up to 1 gallon to 50 gallons. Gallon bottle. Picture shows size of bottle. For best results, use at temperatures between 50 degrees F. and 90 degrees F. Do not allow to freeze as product could lose its effectiveness. Shake or agitate contents for at least one 1 minute prior to mixing with water. Once the product has been mixed with water, solution should be stirred or agitated prior to application. Dilute one 1 gallon of Asphalt Release Concentrate to thirty 30 gallons of water. Depending on the application the product may be able to be diluted up to 50 gallons of water to 1 gallon of product. We suggest testing the product on the surface of the equipment before deciding on dilution rate. Asphalt Release Concentrate is a biodegradable product, however the waste should be disposed of inaccordance with local regulations. Multi-Use product with low VOC's. A high flash point. We put it in front of our paving box and spray our equipment, box and tools with it. It does not have the nasty smell that diesel has. We found that when we used diesel in the past, the over-spray from being in front of the paving box would get on our asphalt load and eat the fines fine aggregate , thereby attacking the asphalt. Natural Soy does not attack our asphalt. When we use it as a degreaser to clean up tools, we spray it on, and the dried asphalt slides off when we scrape it off. My guys will not use anything else.
