IMS-4200 R eceiver Node Works With Up To 8 Wireless Sensors The IMS-4000 Receiver Node for Wireless Sensors implements Wireless Sensor Technology to extend the environmental monitoring capability of Sensaphone IMS-4000 not included . The IMS-4000 Receiver Node is designed to make use of up to 8 wireless sensors. It works first through wireless communication with the sensors. Then via its Ethernet connection, it transmits the status back to the IMS-4000 remote monitor host. The status of all wireless sensors can be displayed on a provided LCD. Temperature, Humidity, Water on the Floor, Power, Dry Contacts, and 4-20mA signals can be monitored by wireless sensors through a networking technology. The network is a mesh of several communication paths that ensure stable and reliable communication between the sensors and the Receiver Node. The 7.6 in. x 5.1 in. x 2.0 in. MS-4000 Node has a plug-in adapter and a 6V 1.3 AH rechargeable backup battery located inside its enclosure. The unit's circuitry is designed to maintain the battery charging system of the unit. The unit is packaged in a rugged plastic enclosure with tabs for wall mounting. Easily accessible from the top and bottom of the unit are connections for an antenna, power supply, and Ethernet.
