The Masonry Wood Nook is more than just a beautiful fireplace accessory. It's extremely durable and more than adequate as a functional storage spot for heavy firewood, indoors or out. The firebrick kit includes factory installed template panels, precut and labeled bricks, and even a bag of hi-temp mortar to grout the finished nook. The Wood Nook can be installed flush to the face of the fireplace, or pulled forward as part of a raised, extended hearth. Includes full-length nailing flanges / drywall stops built into both sides of the face frame. Individually grooved bricks snap-lock securely into the stainless steel templates for easy installation.
